Unemployed residents of Brent who are aged 50+ are being offered FREE training, mentoring and employment support via the Experience Counts Project.

This is a new programme funded by Job Centre Plus and delivered by Brent Active Citizens. The project aims to address the barriers that are faced by older people in the world of work, and will offer free training including First Aid, Food Hygiene & Pre-Employment as well as 1-1 job search support assistance including writing job applications, interview techniques and CV writing. The project is funded for 12 months and will aim support 100 unemployed Brent residents.
